sin embargo, los poblanos dudaron de sus palabras, luego de que el pasado martes los encargados de comunicaci\u00f3n social del municipio de Puebla cambiaron la foto de portada de las redes sociales del Ayuntamiento de Puebla con el eslogan \u201c 2021 A\u00f1o de oportunidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, las cr\u00edticas no se hicieron esperar, sin embargo, la alcaldesa dijo que todo fue un mal entendido, pues dicha imagen se trata de una estrategia del pago anticipado de predial.<\/p>\n<p>Sea como sea, es que pese a las declaraciones de Rivera Vivanco de que no buscar\u00e1 la reelecci\u00f3n, muchos no le creen, pues ha emprendido una serie de actos que dejan en tela de juicio sus aspiraciones pol\u00edticas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La alcaldesa de Puebla, Blanca Rivera Vivanco, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no buscar\u00e1 la reelecci\u00f3n el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1os;
