Malas noticias para el mundo, pues el Banco Mundial (BM) degrad\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles sus perspectivas sobre el efecto de la pandemia y advirti\u00f3 que hasta 115 millones de personas pueden caer en la pobreza extrema en 2020 por la crisis inducida por el covid-19.<\/p>\n

Se prev\u00e9 que en 2020 la pobreza extrema mundial aumentar\u00e1 por primera vez en m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os como resultado de las perturbaciones ocasionadas por la pandemia provocada por el mortal virus proveniente de China, advirtieron los economistas del Banco.<\/p>\n

Las previsiones del organismo con sede en Washington han ido empeorando a medida que avanza la pandemia y que se extiende su duraci\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n

Asimismo, dicha organizaci\u00f3n estima que la econom\u00eda va a contraerse un 5.2% este a\u00f1o, la mayor ca\u00edda del PIB en 80 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
