Posteriormente fue localizada y, a partir de su entrevista y otros actos de investigaci\u00f3n, se obtuvieron datos relacionados con la probable comisi\u00f3n del delito.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Como resultado de las diligencias, el 2 de junio de 2025 la autoridad judicial vincul\u00f3 a proceso a Jos\u00e9 Herminio N. por estupro y le impuso como medida cautelar la firma peri\u00f3dica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Posteriormente, ante su incomparecencia a la audiencia intermedia, el 3 de febrero de 2026 el Juez de Control lo declar\u00f3 sustra\u00eddo de la acci\u00f3n de la justicia y libr\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Tras el cumplimiento del mandamiento judicial, el imputado fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad judicial que lo requiere para la continuaci\u00f3n del procedimiento penal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla (FGE) cumpli\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra Jos\u00e9 Herminio N., de 46 a\u00f1os de edad, investigado por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de estupro, acto cometido en el municipio de Santiago Miahuatl\u00e1n.
