{"id":40331,"date":"2026-09-17T18:03:32","date_gmt":"2026-09-18T00:03:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=40331"},"modified":"2026-09-17T18:03:32","modified_gmt":"2026-09-18T00:03:32","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-al-ex-edil-de-esperanza-y-coacusados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2026\/09\/17\/vinculan-a-proceso-al-ex-edil-de-esperanza-y-coacusados\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso al ex edil de Esperanza y coacusados"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un juez federal vincul\u00f3 a proceso al ex alcalde de Esperanza, Jos\u00e9 Isaac Rodr\u00edguez, y a otras ocho personas detenidas durante el Operativo Enjambre, por presuntos delitos relacionados con armas de fuego y contra la salud.<\/p>\n<p>La FGR inform\u00f3 que para el presidente municipal y otras cuatro personas se dictaron dos meses de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, mientras que los nueve quedaron sujetos a prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa durante el proceso federal.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la FGR no inform\u00f3 que Jos\u00e9 Isaac Rodr\u00edguez haya sido vinculado por robo a transporte de carga, delito con el que fue relacionado durante las investigaciones que derivaron en el Operativo Enjambre.<\/p>\n<p>La autoridad federal \u00fanicamente report\u00f3 para el edil los delitos de portaci\u00f3n de arma de fuego de uso exclusivo y contra la salud, mientras la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria tendr\u00e1 un plazo de dos meses.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los detenidos quedaron bajo prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, de acuerdo con la resoluci\u00f3n dictada durante la continuaci\u00f3n de la audiencia inicial, en el caso de Isaac Rodr\u00edguez, la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en materia de Delincuencia Organizada present\u00f3 los datos de prueba ante el juez, quien calific\u00f3 legal su detenci\u00f3n y posteriormente determin\u00f3 sujetarlo a proceso por los delitos se\u00f1alados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un juez federal vincul\u00f3 a proceso al ex alcalde de Esperanza, Jos\u00e9 Isaac Rodr\u00edguez, y a otras ocho personas detenidas durante el Operativo Enjambre, por presuntos delitos relacionados con armas de fuego y contra la salud.
