{"id":38724,"date":"2026-07-06T16:58:41","date_gmt":"2026-07-06T22:58:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=38724"},"modified":"2026-07-06T16:58:41","modified_gmt":"2026-07-06T22:58:41","slug":"cablebus-no-afectara-edificios-garcia-parra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2026\/07\/06\/cablebus-no-afectara-edificios-garcia-parra\/","title":{"rendered":"Cableb\u00fas no afectar\u00e1 edificios: Garc\u00eda Parra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El coordinador de Gabinete, Jos\u00e9 Luis Garc\u00eda Parra, manifest\u00f3 que la construcci\u00f3n del Sistema de Transporte por Cable (Cableb\u00fas) no afectar\u00e1 edificios ni \u00e1reas verdes.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, defendi\u00f3 la modificaci\u00f3n al Programa Municipal de Desarrollo Urbano, con el argumento de que \u00fanicamente busca incorporar la regulaci\u00f3n necesaria para este nuevo sistema de movilidad y no cambiar el uso del suelo.<\/p>\n<p>Refiri\u00f3 que el 7 de mayo se solicit\u00f3 al Ayuntamiento de Puebla una modificaci\u00f3n parcial al Programa Municipal de Desarrollo Urbano Sustentable, con el objetivo de incorporar de manera expresa la regulaci\u00f3n aplicable al transporte por cable.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el uso de suelo no es est\u00e1tico y puede actualizarse para incorporar nuevos sistemas de movilidad, siempre bajo un marco legal y de planeaci\u00f3n urbana.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, asegur\u00f3 que la modificaci\u00f3n propuesta no implica una reclasificaci\u00f3n del uso de suelo, ni contempla cambios en espacios p\u00fablicos o \u00e1reas verdes, y la finalidad es hacer compatible el sistema de transporte por cable con la normatividad urbana vigente.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, explic\u00f3 que la altura permitida para las edificaciones ya est\u00e1 definida por la densidad establecida en el programa urbano.<\/p>\n<p>Refiri\u00f3 que, a lo largo de los 14.58 kil\u00f3metros del recorrido proyectado del Cableb\u00fas, no existen edificios que alcancen entre 25 y 40 metros de altura, rango en el que se ubicar\u00e1 la infraestructura del sistema.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El coordinador de Gabinete, Jos\u00e9 Luis Garc\u00eda Parra, manifest\u00f3 que la construcci\u00f3n del Sistema de Transporte por Cable (Cableb\u00fas) no afectar\u00e1 edificios ni \u00e1reas verdes.
