Se configur\u00f3 una verdadera red que operaba al interior del sistema de justicia y que ahora ser\u00e1 exhibida\u201d.<br \/>\nEl denominado \u201cC\u00e1rtel del Despojo\u201d, mediante el cual notarios p\u00fablicos y trabajadores del Poder Judicial se coludieron para cometer despojos de propiedades.<\/p>\n<p>Garc\u00eda Parra agreg\u00f3 que derivado de numerosas quejas ciudadanas se realiz\u00f3 un diagn\u00f3stico profundo de irregularidades en juzgados y \u00e1reas administrativas del Poder Judicial que deriv\u00f3 en despidos de servidores p\u00fablicos involucrados en esas pr\u00e1cticas.<\/p>\n<p>Apunt\u00f3 que el informe incluir\u00e1 el n\u00famero exacto de cambios y bajas concretadas, as\u00ed como las acciones que se implementar\u00e1n para desmantelar esa red.<\/p>\n<p>En paralelo, refiri\u00f3 que el informe servir\u00e1 para impulsar una legislaci\u00f3n en el Congreso local que fortalezca los mecanismos de control, supervisi\u00f3n y sanci\u00f3n contra la corrupci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito judicial.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el gobierno de Puebla envi\u00f3 una iniciativa al Congreso Local para castigar hasta con 20 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel el delito de despojo.<\/p>\n<p>Las modificaciones a los art\u00edculos 409 y 409 Bis, junto con la creaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 409 Ter, establecen penas base de 6 a 12 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, las cuales pueden incrementarse hasta 20 a\u00f1os en casos agravados.<\/p>\n<p>En general, entre las agravantes que elevan la sanci\u00f3n se encuentran la participaci\u00f3n de servidores p\u00fablicos, la simulaci\u00f3n de actos de autoridad y la Intervenci\u00f3n dolosa de notarios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Notarios y funcionarios del Poder Judicial operaban red de corrupci\u00f3n.
