{"id":37073,"date":"2026-03-16T13:00:33","date_gmt":"2026-03-16T19:00:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=37073"},"modified":"2026-03-16T13:50:53","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T19:50:53","slug":"en-puebla-se-castigara-hasta-con-nueve-anos-de-carcel-a-ponchallantas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2026\/03\/16\/en-puebla-se-castigara-hasta-con-nueve-anos-de-carcel-a-ponchallantas\/","title":{"rendered":"Avalan sanci\u00f3n por ponchallantas en Puebla"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La reforma al C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado aprobada en el Congreso poblano, fue impulsada por el diputado Andr\u00e9s Villegas, quien desde que present\u00f3 la iniciativa el 18 de junio del 2025, refiri\u00f3 que su propuesta recog\u00eda peticiones de las autoridades en la Mesa de Seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>En esencia, la reforma consiste en adicionar los art\u00edculos 192 bis y 192 ter para incorporar en la ley una sanci\u00f3n contra quienes coloquen o lancen en v\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n objetos punzo cortantes (estrellas met\u00e1licas, erizos, varillas o cualquier artefacto elaborado con materiales de acero) para obstaculizar il\u00edcitamente el tr\u00e1nsito vehicular y provocar da\u00f1os a alguna unidad.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, se consideran agravantes, cuando se utilicen para afectar unidades de las fuerzas del orden federal, estatal o municipal para la comisi\u00f3n de un delito.<\/p>\n<p>La sanci\u00f3n que fue aprobada por el Congreso de Puebla por el uso de ponchallantas ser\u00e1 de dos a seis a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Las penas se aumentar\u00edan en una mitad, para quedar de 3 a 9 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n en caso de los siguientes escenarios:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cuando se cometa el delito de noche<\/li>\n<li>Cuando sirva como medio de ejecuci\u00f3n de otro il\u00edcito<\/li>\n<li>Cuando se cometa en contra de veh\u00edculos oficiales, de emergencia o destinados al transporte p\u00fablico<\/li>\n<li>Cuando se cometa en autopista o en una vialidad en la que la v\u00edctima no puede recibir apoyo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La reforma al C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado aprobada en el Congreso poblano, fue impulsada por el diputado Andr\u00e9s Villegas, quien desde que present\u00f3 la iniciativa el 18 de junio del 2025, refiri\u00f3 que su propuesta recog\u00eda peticiones de las autoridades en la Mesa de Seguridad.
