{"id":36541,"date":"2026-02-18T16:32:47","date_gmt":"2026-02-18T22:32:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=36541"},"modified":"2026-02-18T16:34:20","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T22:34:20","slug":"asf-detecta-irregularidades-en-el-gestion-de-adan-dominguez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2026\/02\/18\/asf-detecta-irregularidades-en-el-gestion-de-adan-dominguez\/","title":{"rendered":"ASF detecta irregularidades en el gesti\u00f3n de Ad\u00e1n Dom\u00ednguez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n (ASF) detect\u00f3 diversas irregularidades en el manejo de recursos del Ayuntamiento de Puebla en el ejercicio fiscal del 2024, a cargo del Ad\u00e1n Dom\u00ednguez S\u00e1nchez, por un total de 63.5 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Esto, durante la Tercera Entrega del Informe de la Cuenta P\u00fablica, sin embargo no se trata de un da\u00f1o patrimonial, debido a que solo han detectado la falta de documentaci\u00f3n y evidencia que impide comprobar el uso correcto de los recursos federales.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, durante el primer pliego de observaciones, por 38.2 millones de pesos, la ASF revis\u00f3 recursos de las Participaciones Federales a Municipios, no encontr\u00f3 el contrato CONTRATO\/IMDP\/UAJ\/022\/2024, destinado a la adquisici\u00f3n de un veh\u00edculo para el Instituto Municipal del Deporte.<\/p>\n<p>Tampoco localiz\u00f3 el contrato de \u201cServicio integral de gesti\u00f3n, modernizaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento del alumbrado p\u00fablico, art\u00edstico y de temporada\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En el segundo pliego, de 25.3 millones de pesos, que corresponde al Fondo de Aportaciones para el Fortalecimiento de los Municipios (Fortamun), la ASF encontr\u00f3 irregularidades en el contrato SSC\/018\/2022, vinculado al licenciamiento de software para la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana.<\/p>\n<p>En este escenario, los recursos permanecen bajo revisi\u00f3n y las observaciones deber\u00e1n ser solventadas por el municipio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n (ASF) detect\u00f3 diversas irregularidades en el manejo de recursos del Ayuntamiento de Puebla en el ejercicio fiscal del 2024, a cargo del Ad\u00e1n Dom\u00ednguez S\u00e1nchez, por un total de 63.5 millones de pesos.
