{"id":36510,"date":"2026-02-16T15:12:02","date_gmt":"2026-02-16T21:12:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=36510"},"modified":"2026-02-16T15:12:02","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T21:12:02","slug":"destaca-garcia-parra-sancion-a-sergio-vergara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2026\/02\/16\/destaca-garcia-parra-sancion-a-sergio-vergara\/","title":{"rendered":"Destaca Garc\u00eda Parra sanci\u00f3n a Sergio Vergara"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El coordinador de Gabinete, Jos\u00e9 Luis Garc\u00eda Parra se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el finado ex secretario de Cultura, Sergio Vergara Berdejo, fue sancionado por presuntas irregularidades relacionadas con la colocaci\u00f3n de dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos en piezas hist\u00f3ricas.<\/p>\n<p>Revel\u00f3 que la resoluci\u00f3n fue emitida el 4 de febrero, fecha en que la que falleci\u00f3 Vergara Berdejo.<\/p>\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que la sala especializada en materia de responsabilidades administrativas determin\u00f3 sancionar tanto al ex titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Cultura como a la exdirectora administrativa.<\/p>\n<p>Se impuso, entre otros elementos, la inhabilitaci\u00f3n para ocupar cargos p\u00fablicos, adem\u00e1s de la determinaci\u00f3n de un monto de indemnizaci\u00f3n a favor del Estado por los da\u00f1os ocasionados.<\/p>\n<p>Refiri\u00f3 \u201cel gobernador fue muy claro: no iba a haber impunidad.
