Puebla, Pue., 06 de diciembre de 2025.- El Gobierno de la Ciudad, que encabeza el presidente municipal, Pepe Chedraui, instal\u00f3 el Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana de Seguridad P\u00fablica con el objetivo de fortalecer la participaci\u00f3n comunitaria en la construcci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en la materia. El acto fue presidido por el consejero jur\u00eddico, Enrique Ju\u00e1rez Vasconcelos, y cont\u00f3 con la presencia de autoridades municipales y representantes de la sociedad civil.<\/p>\n

Durante la sesi\u00f3n, el coordinador general del Instituto Municipal de Planeaci\u00f3n (IMPLAN), Jes\u00fas S\u00e1nchez Reliac, destac\u00f3 que este consejo representa un pacto entre la ciudadan\u00eda y las instituciones para generar confianza y acci\u00f3n coordinada. \u201cLa seguridad no empieza con patrullas; empieza con confianza. Cuando la comunidad participa, el miedo pierde terreno\u201d, afirm\u00f3.
