Puebla, Pue., 06 de diciembre de 2025.- El Gobierno de la Ciudad, que encabeza el presidente municipal, Pepe Chedraui, instal\u00f3 el Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana de Seguridad P\u00fablica con el objetivo de fortalecer la participaci\u00f3n comunitaria en la construcci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en la materia. El acto fue presidido por el consejero jur\u00eddico, Enrique Ju\u00e1rez Vasconcelos, y cont\u00f3 con la presencia de autoridades municipales y representantes de la sociedad civil.<\/p>\n

Durante la sesi\u00f3n, el coordinador general del Instituto Municipal de Planeaci\u00f3n (IMPLAN), Jes\u00fas S\u00e1nchez Reliac, destac\u00f3 que este consejo representa un pacto entre la ciudadan\u00eda y las instituciones para generar confianza y acci\u00f3n coordinada. \u201cLa seguridad no empieza con patrullas; empieza con confianza. Cuando la comunidad participa, el miedo pierde terreno\u201d, afirm\u00f3. Agreg\u00f3 que este espacio \u201cno es para reunir opiniones, es para reunir voluntades; no es para acumular diagn\u00f3sticos, es para corregirlos; no es para escuchar problemas, es para resolverlos\u201d.<\/p>\n

En el evento estuvieron presentes la regidora presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad y Justicia, Georgina Ruiz Toledo, las regidoras vocales Ana Mariela Sol\u00eds Rondero y Shirley Ponce, as\u00ed como el Mayor de Infanter\u00eda Juan Carlos Gonz\u00e1lez Veites, subsecretario de Inteligencia y Pol\u00edtica Criminal de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana, y la secretaria ejecutiva de los Consejos de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, Ana Karen Arroyo Zapotitla.<\/p>\n

Este \u00f3rgano funcionar\u00e1 como un mecanismo de participaci\u00f3n permanente, que integra a especialistas, ciudadan\u00eda, academia y sectores productivos en la construcci\u00f3n de propuestas en materia de seguridad. Su puesta en marcha, refrenda el compromiso del Gobierno de la Ciudad para fortalecer un modelo de gobernanza con la gente y para la gente, priorizando la escucha, la corresponsabilidad y la construcci\u00f3n colectiva para impulsar una seguridad p\u00fablica cercana, preventiva y con plena participaci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
