Tenemos que tener completo el tren en el 23, ya operando, a m\u00e1s tardar a finales del 23\u201d, asegur\u00f3 L\u00f3pez Obrador.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El presidente explic\u00f3, que en el proyecto del Tren Maya no se van a crear fideicomisos y que es el Fondo Nacional de Fomento al Turismo (Fonatur) la que est\u00e1 a cargo de toda la obra.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que quienes est\u00e1n construyendo cuatro tramos del Tren Maya son empresas que ganaron licitaciones y el presupuesto es del gobierno federal y no es un cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p>En el tramo cinco se hizo un tr\u00e1mite con la empresa BlackRock para ampliar la carretera de Tulum a Canc\u00fan, mediante un financiamiento del sistema APP (Asociaciones P\u00fablicas y Privadas).<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el Ejecutivo Federal subray\u00f3 que los tramos seis y siete, ser\u00e1n hechos por ingenieros militares del Ej\u00e9rcito Mexicano, una vez que terminen las obras en el aeropuerto de Santa Luc\u00eda, el cual se prev\u00e9 quede listo en dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con toda convicci\u00f3n, el d\u00eda de hoy el presidente de M\u00e9xico, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, afirm\u00f3 que una de sus obras emblem\u00e1ticas quedar\u00e1 lista para finales de 2023.
