El diputado Andr\u00e9s Villegas promueve, en el Congreso poblano, una iniciativa de reforma a la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n para garantizar espacios libres de violencia y discriminaci\u00f3n para docentes de Puebla.<\/p>\n

La iniciativa se present\u00f3 el Pleno, en la sesi\u00f3n del jueves 16 de octubre, que se centra en un art\u00edculo 96 Bis a la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En su exposici\u00f3n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las autoridades educativas deben garantizar las y los maestros puedan desarrollar sus labores seguros, libres de violencia y discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, evitar situaciones de maltrato y salvaguardar su dignidad e integridad f\u00edsica, emocional y profesional durante el ejercicio de sus funciones.<\/p>\n

En esencia, propone cinco l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n concretas:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Implementar programas de prevenci\u00f3n a la violencia escolar que incluyan el respeto a la autoridad pedag\u00f3gica de las y los maestros<\/li>\n
  2. \nEstablecer mecanismos de denuncia confidenciales para las y los docentes que sean v\u00edctimas de violencia en el \u00e1mbito escolar<\/li>\n
  3. \nGarantizar una atenci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, psicol\u00f3gica y m\u00e9dica necesaria para personal que sufra alg\u00fan tipo de agresi\u00f3n<\/li>\n
  4. \nPromover campa\u00f1as de sensibilizaci\u00f3n dirigidas a la comunidad educativa a fin de fortalecer\u00e1 la cultura de respeto<\/li>\n
  5. \nCoordinarse con autoridades respectivas para que cualquier agresi\u00f3n sea investigada y sancionada como corresponde<\/li>\n
  6. \nEn concreto, el diputado Andr\u00e9s Villegas refiri\u00f3 que la propuesta de reforma busca mejorar las condiciones en las que laboran docentes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
