{"id":33529,"date":"2025-10-07T17:29:04","date_gmt":"2025-10-07T23:29:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=33529"},"modified":"2025-10-07T17:30:06","modified_gmt":"2025-10-07T23:30:06","slug":"lupita-leal-defendio-la-determinacion-del-teep-en-pro-de-la-alternancia-de-genero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2025\/10\/07\/lupita-leal-defendio-la-determinacion-del-teep-en-pro-de-la-alternancia-de-genero\/","title":{"rendered":"Lupita Leal defendi\u00f3 la determinaci\u00f3n del TEEP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ante la oposici\u00f3n de Manolo Herrera de acatar la resoluci\u00f3n del Tribunal Electoral del Estado de Puebla (TEEP), Guadalupe Leal Rodr\u00edguez apunt\u00f3 que lo en el fondo se dirimi\u00f3 el respeto a la alternancia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que la resoluci\u00f3n del TEPP que anula el resultado de la asamblea donde se renov\u00f3 la dirigencia municipal del PAN, se debi\u00f3 a que la dirigencia estatal a cargo de Mario Riestra Pi\u00f1a se neg\u00f3 a obedecer un mandato para garantizar la alternancia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p>Lament\u00f3 que Manolo Herrera Rojas trate de desviar la atenci\u00f3n con el argumento de que se viol\u00f3 la vida democr\u00e1tica del partido y trate de defender lo votado, sin apreciar que el proceso estuvo viciado.<\/p>\n<p>Guadalupe Leal public\u00f3 un v\u00eddeo en redes sociales, en el que explica que la resoluci\u00f3n del Tribunal no tiene nada que ver con la vida democr\u00e1tica, lo que busca es garantizar un derecho de paridad de g\u00e9nero que viol\u00f3 la dirigencia estatal.<\/p>\n<p>Coment\u00f3 que Riestra Pi\u00f1a se neg\u00f3 a permitir que una mujer asumiera la dirigencia municipal, al tiempo que resalt\u00f3 que por m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada ese cargo ha sido ocupado por hombres.<\/p>\n<p>Apunt\u00f3 que \u201cla resoluci\u00f3n no tiene nada que ver con los resultados, tiene que ver con que la c\u00fapula partidista no respet\u00f3 un mandato legal a pesar de que fue notificado\u201d, subray\u00f3 Guadalupe Leal.<\/p>\n<p>La virtual impugnaci\u00f3n de Manolo Herrera Rojas ser\u00e1 resuelta por Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF), en donde tienen claro, por cierto, que es tiempo de las mujeres.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ante la oposici\u00f3n de Manolo Herrera de acatar la resoluci\u00f3n del Tribunal Electoral del Estado de Puebla (TEEP), Guadalupe Leal Rodr\u00edguez apunt\u00f3 que lo en el fondo se dirimi\u00f3 el respeto a la alternancia de g\u00e9nero.
