{"id":33345,"date":"2025-09-27T10:35:51","date_gmt":"2025-09-27T16:35:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=33345"},"modified":"2025-09-27T10:35:51","modified_gmt":"2025-09-27T16:35:51","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-sindico-de-san-pedro-cholula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2025\/09\/27\/vinculan-a-proceso-a-sindico-de-san-pedro-cholula\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a s\u00edndico de San Pedro Cholula"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POR DANIEL ROMERO<\/p>\n<p>Por el eventual delito de falsedad de declaraciones cometidas contra una autoridad, un juez de control en Materia Penal vincul\u00f3 a proceso a Iv\u00e1n N., s\u00edndico municipal de San Pedro Cholula.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la audiencia realizada el viernes 26 de septiembre, la autoridad judicial determin\u00f3 imponer al ahora imputado las medidas cautelares de suspensi\u00f3n del cargo como S\u00edndico Municipal que ejerci\u00f3 durante once meses.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, debe asistir la firma peri\u00f3dica ante la autoridad competente; no puede salir del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>De manera adicional se le impuso la restricci\u00f3n de acercarse a las instalaciones de sindicatura y contralor\u00eda, adem\u00e1s del contralor municipal.<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, avanza el proceso legal contra de Iv\u00e1n N.<\/p>\n<p>En esencia la falsedad de declaraciones en que habr\u00eda incurrido, presumiblemente tuvo lugar cuando declar\u00f3 ante el ministerio p\u00fablico, en relaci\u00f3n al conflicto que s registr\u00f3 en el mes de julio, en el mercado municipal Cosme del Razo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POR DANIEL ROMERO Por el eventual delito de falsedad de declaraciones cometidas contra una autoridad, un juez de control en Materia Penal vincul\u00f3 a proceso a Iv\u00e1n N., s\u00edndico municipal de San Pedro Cholula.
