Puebla, Pue., 17 de septiembre de 2025.- Con el objetivo de dar identidad y seguridad a las personas emprendedoras que trabajan en el desarrollo de sus proyectos productivos, el Gobierno de la Ciudad, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda y Turismo, organiz\u00f3 el taller Registro de Marca, en el que se dieron a conocer los pasos a seguir para realizar este procedimiento.<\/p>\n

El secretario Jaime Oropeza Casas agradeci\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n de Emmanuel Herna\u0301ndez Adalid, socio del despacho Cornejo y Herna\u0301ndez, as\u00ed como a He\u0301ctor Cornejo Gonza\u0301lez, socio de marcas del mismo, ambos agremiados a la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Abogados de Empresa (ANADE) secci\u00f3n Puebla, que a pocos d\u00edas de que se sign\u00f3 convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con el alcalde Pepe Chedraui Budib, ya se concret\u00f3 esta segunda capacitaci\u00f3n gratuita.<\/p>\n

Reconoci\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s de las 40 personas asistentes por dar formalidad y certidumbre a sus proyectos, as\u00ed como por reconocer la relevancia que tiene en la actualidad dotar de personalidad p\u00fablica y jur\u00eddica a sus emprendimientos.<\/p>\n

Durante la sesi\u00f3n, las personas artesanas y productoras que asistieron conocieron a detalle la importancia de registrar su marca, y revivieron orientaci\u00f3n acerca de la b\u00fasqueda de nombre para evitar duplicidades, recomendaciones sobre la necesidad de darle una identidad gr\u00e1fica e informaci\u00f3n relevante para hacer el tr\u00e1mite de registro.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, conocieron las bases de la campan\u0303a de precio diferencial de tarifas 2025, Marcas para el Bienestar que promueven el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico y el Gobierno del Estado a trav\u00e9s de la Secretari\u0301a de Desarrollo Econo\u0301mico y Trabajo, que concede descuentos de hasta el 90 por ciento en los costos del procedimiento de registro de marca.<\/p>\n

No\u00e9 Alexis Arroyo Villanueva, Director de Vinculaci\u00f3n y Econom\u00eda Social municipal subray\u00f3 que esta alianza entre el Ayuntamiento de Puebla y el Gobierno Estatal tiene el prop\u00f3sito de dotar de conocimientos y herramientas a las y los emprendedores de la ciudad de Puebla, para proteger y robustecer sus proyectos, as\u00ed como para apoyar el desarrollo local con una visi\u00f3n de econom\u00eda social y la generaci\u00f3n de empleos\u00a0y\u00a0autoempleos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
