La dirigencia de Morena tiene reloj; \u00e9l, micr\u00f3fono.<\/em><\/h3>\n<p><strong>POR FER HOYOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Puebla no necesita m\u00e1s voceros: necesita resultados.<\/p>\n<p>Y el diputado <strong>Andr\u00e9s Villegas<\/strong> decidi\u00f3 jugar a dos bandas: presidente del Consejo Estatal de Morena y figura de comentario permanente, como si la dirigencia estuviera vacante y el Congreso, en receso. (Es presidente del Consejo Estatal y legislador local, dato confirmado por fuentes oficiales y de prensa local)<\/p>\n<p>Que nadie se confunda: <strong>los tiempos pol\u00edticos los marcan la dirigencia nacional y la estatal de Morena<\/strong>, no el Consejo. Hoy ese reloj lo llevan <strong>Luisa Mar\u00eda Alcalde<\/strong> \u2014presidenta nacional del partido\u2014 y <strong>Olga Luc\u00eda Romero Garci-Crespo<\/strong> en Puebla. Si hay que \u201crecordar tiempos\u201d, es a ellas a quienes toca. No a un consejero estatal con ambici\u00f3n de tribuna.<\/p>\n<p>El problema no es hablar claro; es <strong>hablar fuera de turno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Un presidente del Consejo Estatal no est\u00e1 por encima de la presidencia del partido en el estado. Pretenderlo erosiona disciplina interna y confunde a la militancia. Y cuando la l\u00ednea se cruza, el discurso deja de ser orientaci\u00f3n y se vuelve <strong>autopromoci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre la <strong>sucesi\u00f3n de 2030<\/strong>, hay que decirlo con todas sus letras: el tema ni siquiera est\u00e1 formalmente en la cancha. Y menos para caballazos anticipados. Encima, el debate reciente sobre <strong>nepotismo<\/strong> puso l\u00edmites expl\u00edcitos: el gobernador <strong>Alejandro Armenta Mier<\/strong> ya vet\u00f3 a familiares para 2027 y 2030; <strong>Ignacio Mier Velazco<\/strong> dice que el parentesco es lejano. Sea como sea, el mensaje es claro: <strong>candidaturas sin apellidos protegidos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tampoco se vale colgarse de la tragedia para sumar reflectores.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed, <strong>Villegas<\/strong> fue <strong>amenazado<\/strong> en un video atribuido a \u201cLa Barredora\u201d y recibi\u00f3 <strong>escolta estatal<\/strong>. Eso es serio, exige investigaci\u00f3n, punto. Convertirlo en narrativa \u00e9pica personal es otra cosa. El Estado debe proteger; el diputado, <strong>trabajar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dato duro que conviene recordar: cuando se intent\u00f3 tumbar su nombramiento en 2022, la <strong>CNHJ de Morena<\/strong> resolvi\u00f3 en <strong>marzo de 2023<\/strong> que los agravios eran <strong>infundados e ineficaces<\/strong> y ratific\u00f3 su posici\u00f3n; la <strong>Sala Superior del TEPJF<\/strong> desech\u00f3 despu\u00e9s la impugnaci\u00f3n por extempor\u00e1nea. \u00bfEntonces? Legalidad tuvo. <strong>Legitimidad se demuestra con agenda y resultados, no con ruedas de prensa.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.te.gob.mx\/media\/SentenciasN\/pdf\/Superior\/SUP-JE-1154-2023.pdf\">TEPJF<\/a><\/p>\n<p>La pol\u00edtica poblana ya carga con ruido suficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Si cada actor invade funciones ajenas, el partido se vuelve coro desafinado: el Consejo opina como Comit\u00e9, el diputado posa como dirigente, la dirigencia responde como si fuera bancada.
