{"id":30420,"date":"2025-05-28T11:10:06","date_gmt":"2025-05-28T17:10:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=30420"},"modified":"2025-05-28T11:10:06","modified_gmt":"2025-05-28T17:10:06","slug":"presidente-municipal-de-san-andres-calpan-es-destituido-por-el-cabildo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2025\/05\/28\/presidente-municipal-de-san-andres-calpan-es-destituido-por-el-cabildo\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente municipal de San Andr\u00e9s Calpan es destituido por el Cabildo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA<\/p>\n<p>Luego de que los integrantes del Cabildo de San Andr\u00e9s Calpan acordaran la destituci\u00f3n del alcalde Vicente S\u00e1nchez M\u00e9ndez, la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n del estado (Segob), desconoci\u00f3 la validez de la determinaci\u00f3n, al advertir que se incurri\u00f3 en invasi\u00f3n de responsabilidades.<\/p>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n (Segob) aclar\u00f3 que la remoci\u00f3n de un presidente municipal es competencia exclusiva del Congreso local. En consecuencia pidi\u00f3 no adelantarse respecto al cambio de autoridad en San Andr\u00e9s Calpan, tras la decisi\u00f3n del Cabildo de separar del cargo a Vicente S\u00e1nchez M\u00e9ndez.<\/p>\n<p>Apunt\u00f3 \u201cla dependencia invita a no adelantarse ante un supuesto cambio de autoridad municipal, siendo el Congreso del Estado y el procedimiento respectivo se seguir\u00e1 en los t\u00e9rminos establecidos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que sostiene mesas de di\u00e1logo con las autoridades municipales, luego de que el martes 27 de mayo, ocho regidores aprobaran por unanimidad la destituci\u00f3n del edil en una sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, y en su lugar, fue nombrado Bert\u00edn Bermeo Morales como alcalde interino.<\/p>\n<p>El Art\u00edculo 60 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal, solo el Congreso del Estado puede suspender o revocar el mandato de un presidente municipal, por lo que el Cabildo acudi\u00f3 a la sede legislativa para formalizar su solicitud de remoci\u00f3n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA Luego de que los integrantes del Cabildo de San Andr\u00e9s Calpan acordaran la destituci\u00f3n del alcalde Vicente S\u00e1nchez M\u00e9ndez, la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n del estado (Segob), desconoci\u00f3 la validez de la determinaci\u00f3n, al advertir que se incurri\u00f3 en invasi\u00f3n de responsabilidades.
