{"id":29415,"date":"2025-04-28T12:08:22","date_gmt":"2025-04-28T18:08:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=29415"},"modified":"2025-04-28T12:08:22","modified_gmt":"2025-04-28T18:08:22","slug":"un-perro-murio-ahogado-en-san-pedro-cholula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2025\/04\/28\/un-perro-murio-ahogado-en-san-pedro-cholula\/","title":{"rendered":"Un perro muri\u00f3 ahogado en San Pedro Cholula"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTTRADA<\/p>\n<p>En lo que podr\u00eda catalogarse como un acto de negligencia, un perro muri\u00f3 en San Pedro Cholula, con lo que en principio queda en entredicho la capacidad de reacci\u00f3n de las autoridades locales.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a la informaci\u00f3n que hay, al momento, un perro muri\u00f3 ahogado en un pozo ubicado en el barrio de San Mat\u00edas Cocoyotla, San Pedro Cholula, luego de permanecer varias horas en el fondo.<\/p>\n<p>El percance tuvo lugar en la madrugada del domingo, 27 de abril de 2025, pero hasta las 8 de la ma\u00f1ana la due\u00f1a del animal contact\u00f3 a la Unidad de Rescate y Soporte Vital Animal (URSVA).<\/p>\n<p>La URSVA refiri\u00f3 que el pozo estaba lleno de agua al momento del accidente, lo que ocasion\u00f3 el fallecimiento del perrito, por lo que los due\u00f1os solo habr\u00edan solicitado el apoyo para recuperar el cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>Personal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil de San Pedro Cholula acudi\u00f3 al sitio, pero ante el deceso del perro deleg\u00f3 la responsabilidad de atender el caso en la URSVA.<\/p>\n<p>La organizaci\u00f3n URSVA se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el hecho podr\u00eda constituir una violaci\u00f3n a las leyes de bienestar animal, por ello, solicit\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n del Movimiento Animalista de Puebla, as\u00ed como de activistas, defensores de los animales y los Abogados Animalistas de Puebla.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, queda claro que en los hechos la presidenta municipal de San Pedro Cholula, Tonantzin Fern\u00e1ndez no est\u00e1 alineada en la materia con los lineamientos de protecci\u00f3n a los seres sintientes impulsados por el gobernador Alejandro Armenta.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTTRADA En lo que podr\u00eda catalogarse como un acto de negligencia, un perro muri\u00f3 en San Pedro Cholula, con lo que en principio queda en entredicho la capacidad de reacci\u00f3n de las autoridades locales.
