San Andr\u00e9s Cholula, Puebla.- El relevo en la tesorer\u00eda de este municipio, podr\u00eda tener su origen en la necesidad de solventar las observaciones que al momento ha emitido la Auditoria Superior del Estado a las cuentas p\u00fablicas de Edmundo Tlatehui, correspondientes a los a\u00f1os 2022 y 2023.<\/p>\n

Aunque a\u00fan resta conocer las observaciones que corresponder\u00e1n al a\u00f1o 2024, las del bienio 22-23, superan en conjunto los 500 millones de pesos.
\nPor ello, se produjo el primer relevo en el equipo de colaboradores de la presidenta municipal de San Andr\u00e9s Cholula, Guadalupe Cuautle.<\/p>\n

Rodolfo Hern\u00e1ndez dej\u00f3 de ser el tesorero y en su lugar llega Anal\u00ed Santos, quien ocup\u00f3 ese cargo en la administraci\u00f3n de Edmundo Tlatehui.<\/p>\n

Con el evidente prop\u00f3sito de tratar de solventar las observaciones y evitar afectaciones por m\u00e1s de 230 millones en 2022 y m\u00e1s de 350 millones en 2023.<\/p>\n

Incluso, de acuerdo a datos extra oficiales, el auditor externo del Ayuntamiento fue cambiado.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, trascendi\u00f3 que existe una confrontaci\u00f3n, entre el secretario de Administraci\u00f3n y el titular de Comunicaci\u00f3n Social, debido a la filtraci\u00f3n de documentos que exhiben deudas con proveedores y contratos con medios de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Ello independientemente de que el Ayuntamiento tiene pendiente la comprobaci\u00f3n del gasto en la radial a Cacalotepec y Unidades Deportivas.<\/p>\n

En el trasfondo, se percibe que H\u00e9ctor Hern\u00e1ndez Sosa, sigue pesando en las decisiones y conducci\u00f3n de San Andr\u00e9s Cholula, como lo hizo con Edmundo Tlatehui, con quien fungi\u00f3 como el cerebro del Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n

La pregunta es por que la actual Presidenta municipal de San Andr\u00e9s Cholula Lupita Cuautle, quien por cierto es la esposa de Edmundo Tlatehui, quien no comprueba m\u00e1s de 500 millones de pesos, lo encubre y nunca inform\u00f3 a los cholultecas de estas irregularidades, y hoy deja que lleguen ex funcionarios del trienio anterior para que arreglen el \u201ccochinero\u201d de su pareja sentimental.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
