Se allana el proceso para la conclusi\u00f3n del juicio por el feminicidio de Cecilia Monz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Helena Monz\u00f3n inform\u00f3, v\u00eda redes sociales, que el amparo promovido por Javier N. su defensa fue desestimado.<\/p>\n

Precis\u00f3 que el Tercer Tribunal Colegiado en Materia Penal de Sexto Circuito de San Andr\u00e9s Cholula rechaz\u00f3 el amparo que solicit\u00f3 la defensa de Javier N. para evitar el juicio oral por el feminicidio de Cecilia Monz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Agreg\u00f3 que la familia de la v\u00edctima solicitar\u00e1 que al imputado y a otros dos acusados se les castigue con 60 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Dijo que la revisi\u00f3n del amparo tard\u00f3 dos meses en resolverse, acci\u00f3n que retras\u00f3 la apertura del juicio oral establecido desde agosto del 2023.<\/p>\n

Se\u00f1alo \u201cen el juicio oral, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla y la familia de Cecilia Monz\u00f3n solicitar\u00e1n que se condene a Javier N. (como autor intelectual) y a los dos acusados (como autores materiales) a cumplir 60 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n cada uno, la pena m\u00e1xima por el mencionado delito\u201d.<\/p>\n
