{"id":27124,"date":"2025-01-08T18:19:19","date_gmt":"2025-01-09T00:19:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=27124"},"modified":"2025-01-08T18:19:19","modified_gmt":"2025-01-09T00:19:19","slug":"en-puebla-hay-12-mil-361-beneficiarios-del-congelamiento-de-creditos-del-infonavit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2025\/01\/08\/en-puebla-hay-12-mil-361-beneficiarios-del-congelamiento-de-creditos-del-infonavit\/","title":{"rendered":"En Puebla hay 12 mil 361 beneficiarios del congelamiento de cr\u00e9ditos del Infonavit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA<\/p>\n<p>El director del Infonavit, Octavio Romero Oropeza, asegur\u00f3 que en Puebla hay 12 mil 361 beneficiarios del programa de congelamiento de cr\u00e9ditos, del total de 516 mil a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Record\u00f3 que el n\u00famero de derechohabientes que se beneficiar\u00e1n con el congelamiento es de 2 millones de cr\u00e9ditos otorgados a los trabajadores antes de 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Pero para ello, subray\u00f3 que la C\u00e1mara de Diputados deber\u00e1 de aprobar primero la nueva Ley del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit), en la que se incluye un transitorio para que se congelen dichos cr\u00e9ditos a partir de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, dijo que es importante la aprobaci\u00f3n de la nueva ley para que el Infonavit para que tambi\u00e9n puedan comenzar con proyectos de construcci\u00f3n de nuevas viviendas en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo que hace a los pr\u00f3ximos desarrollos de vivienda, apunt\u00f3 que se realizar\u00e1n por etapas.
