{"id":26295,"date":"2024-11-22T12:35:58","date_gmt":"2024-11-22T18:35:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=26295"},"modified":"2024-11-22T12:35:58","modified_gmt":"2024-11-22T18:35:58","slug":"omar-munoz-se-equivoca-de-ventanilla-denuncia-ante-medios-pero-no-antes-instancias-legales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2024\/11\/22\/omar-munoz-se-equivoca-de-ventanilla-denuncia-ante-medios-pero-no-antes-instancias-legales\/","title":{"rendered":"Omar Mu\u00f1oz se equivoca de ventanilla, denuncia ante medios, pero no antes instancias legales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA<\/p>\n<p>El presidente municipal de Cuautlancingo se equivoca de ventanilla y con ello evidencia que solo busca atraer reflectores.<\/p>\n<p>Denuncia que su antecesor vendi\u00f3 todo en Cuautlancingo, pero lo hace ante medios en lugar de proceder ante las instancias correspondientes que pueden ser administrativas o legales, pero los medios no tienen capacidad punitiva.<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, se aprecia que lo que busca es llamar la atenci\u00f3n, en lugar de proceder.<\/p>\n<p>Si como asegur\u00f3 ante medios, su antecesor el panista Filomeno Sarmiento Torres, vendi\u00f3 de todo en esta localidad como fue el agua, y gestion\u00f3 un par de contratos para perforar pozos en la zona de Volkswagen 2, y ello constituye una falta que proceda, pero que no intente litigar en medios.<\/p>\n<p>Como autoridad debe estar consciente de la obligaci\u00f3n que tiene de presentar la denuncias correspondientes y no solo limitarse a hacer se\u00f1alamientos medi\u00e1ticos.<br \/>\nEs claro, en principio que su vocero y su ala de asesores legales fallan en la materia o simplemente son ignorados.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Filomeno Sarmiento suscribi\u00f3 un convenio con \u201cAgua de Puebla Para Todos\u201d, fue ratificado posteriormente, \u201cpor lo que hoy existe un proceso legal que se debe cubrir\u201d, pero no muestra evidencia de ello.<\/p>\n<p>A fin de cuentas, lo evidente es que busca hacer medi\u00e1tico un tema que corresponde a otras instancias y que, en su caso solo le corresponde denunciar ante las instancias correspondientes y no evidenciar p\u00fablicamente, para tratar de llevar agua a su molino.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA El presidente municipal de Cuautlancingo se equivoca de ventanilla y con ello evidencia que solo busca atraer reflectores.
