{"id":26113,"date":"2024-11-13T15:30:45","date_gmt":"2024-11-13T21:30:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=26113"},"modified":"2024-11-13T15:33:33","modified_gmt":"2024-11-13T21:33:33","slug":"quinta-feria-del-maiz-de-tianguizolco-huejotzingo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2024\/11\/13\/quinta-feria-del-maiz-de-tianguizolco-huejotzingo\/","title":{"rendered":"Quinta Feria del Ma\u00edz de Tianguizolco, Huejotzingo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA<\/p>\n<p>Cocineras tradicionales y productores de ma\u00edz azul criollo anunciaron la realizaci\u00f3n de la \u00abQuinta Feria del Ma\u00edz\u00bb en Tianguizolco, municipio de Huejotzingo.<\/p>\n<p>La feria se realizar\u00e1 los d\u00edas 16 y 17 de noviembre y se ofrecer\u00e1 a los visitantes una amplia variedad de alimentos derivados de este grano entre ellos pinoles, ma\u00edces para atole, tlaxcales, tlacoyos ,galletas ,helado, tamales, adem\u00e1s de figuras de totomoxtle.<\/p>\n<p>Isa\u00edas Robles, integrante de la asociaci\u00f3n \u00abHuexotzinco\u00bb, dijo que ser\u00e1 la edici\u00f3n n\u00famero 5 en el que las amas de casa y las cocineras tradiciones preparan sus mejores platillos.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se podr\u00e1n adquirir otros derivados del ma\u00edz que se cultiva de forma tradicional y ancestral en la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>La feria se realiza con el apoyo del alcalde Roberto Sol\u00eds, quien ha sido un impulsor de las actividades del campo.<\/p>\n<p>El cultivo del ma\u00edz es una de las principales actividades econ\u00f3micas de su comunidad d\u00f3nde m\u00e1s del 90 por ciento de sus habitantes vende productos derivados de los granos del ma\u00edz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA Cocineras tradicionales y productores de ma\u00edz azul criollo anunciaron la realizaci\u00f3n de la \u00abQuinta Feria del Ma\u00edz\u00bb en Tianguizolco, municipio de Huejotzingo.
