{"id":26020,"date":"2024-11-07T17:39:37","date_gmt":"2024-11-07T23:39:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=26020"},"modified":"2024-11-07T17:41:36","modified_gmt":"2024-11-07T23:41:36","slug":"ayuntamiento-de-puebla-heredo-deudas-por-obras-realizadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2024\/11\/07\/ayuntamiento-de-puebla-heredo-deudas-por-obras-realizadas\/","title":{"rendered":"Ayuntamiento de Puebla hered\u00f3 deudas por obras realizadas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA<\/p>\n<p>El secretario de Movilidad e Infraestructura del Ayuntamiento de Puebla, David Aysa De Salazar manifest\u00f3 que la anterior administraci\u00f3n les hered\u00f3 11 obras por pagar por un monto de 200 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Ello al reunirse con los integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Infraestructura, Movilidad y Servicios P\u00fablicos, ante quienes resalt\u00f3 que hay que sumar otras cinco obras que est\u00e1n en proceso que les dejaron para concluir.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que la mayor parte ya est\u00e1n en tesorer\u00eda municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Expres\u00f3, \u201cen el tema de pagos, como bien lo dices, es una declaraci\u00f3n del tesorero municipal, muchas de estas ya est\u00e1n para pago en tesorer\u00eda, y esto ronda sobre los 200 millones de pesos y en las acciones que tienen que ver con infraestructura y movilidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Apunt\u00f3 \u201clos recursos est\u00e1n comprometidos, lo que no tiene son fondos para pagar y de nuestra parte hasta el momento los constructores no han manifestado demandar al ayuntamiento\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, algunas de las 11 obras terminadas que se tienen que pagar, son:<\/p>\n<p>-Rehabilitaci\u00f3n vial en Bulevar Carmen Serd\u00e1n pendiente de pago del 10 por ciento<\/p>\n<p>-Rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Parque Geovillas; Rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Parque la Prolongaci\u00f3n Guerrero; Rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Parque Juan Pablo II; pendiente de pago del 49 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>-Mantenimiento, Habilitaci\u00f3n y obras de mejora del Parque Cerro de Amalucan (segunda etapa) construcci\u00f3n de Estancia Canina del Municipio Puebla: pendiente de pago del 55 por ciento<\/p>\n<p>-Rehabilitaci\u00f3n del puente vehicular M\u00e9xico; pendiente de pago del 38 por ciento<\/p>\n<p>-Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de parque Santa Mar\u00eda Guadalupe Tecola y cancha San Andr\u00e9s Azumiatla; pendiente de pago del 31 por ciento<\/p>\n<p>-Readecuaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento y obras complementarias en vialidades y espacios p\u00fablico en entorno al Barrio de Santiago y San Mat\u00edas; pendiente de pago del 23 por ciento<\/p>\n<p>-Construcci\u00f3n de infraestructura vial en adocreto y obras complementarias de los cuadrantes del municipio de Puebla; pendiente de pago del 53 por ciento<\/p>\n<p>-Bacheo con mezcla asf\u00e1ltica en caliente en diferentes calles del cuadrante cuatro Sur-Poniente; pendiente de pago del 43 por ciento<\/p>\n<p>-Bacheo con mezcla asf\u00e1ltica caliente en diferentes calles del cuadrante tres Nor-Poniente; pendiente de pago del 42 por ciento<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA El secretario de Movilidad e Infraestructura del Ayuntamiento de Puebla, David Aysa De Salazar manifest\u00f3 que la anterior administraci\u00f3n les hered\u00f3 11 obras por pagar por un monto de 200 millones de pesos.
