{"id":25907,"date":"2024-10-31T11:56:14","date_gmt":"2024-10-31T17:56:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=25907"},"modified":"2024-10-31T11:58:44","modified_gmt":"2024-10-31T17:58:44","slug":"las-hojaldras-de-huejotzingo-elaboradas-por-la-familia-saloma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2024\/10\/31\/las-hojaldras-de-huejotzingo-elaboradas-por-la-familia-saloma\/","title":{"rendered":"Las hojaldras de Huejotzingo elaboradas por la familia Saloma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA<\/p>\n<p>La familia Saloma elabora en Huejotzingo hojaldras horneadas a la le\u00f1a, desde hace m\u00e1s un siglo.<\/p>\n<p>La receta se respeta de manera rigurosa as\u00ed ha pasado por varias generaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Preparan y venden entre 2 y 3 mil piezas diarias de pan solamente durante la temporada de muertos, por lo que para los habitantes de Huejotzingo y la regi\u00f3n el consumo de sus hojaldras representa un tradici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El fundador fue Pascual Saloma quien dedic\u00f3 su vida a la construcci\u00f3n del legado panadero.<\/p>\n<p>La elaboraci\u00f3n de las hojaldras y pan es temporal, solo en Semana Santa y D\u00eda de Muertos.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el 26 de octubre, el hogar de los Saloma, situado en la avenida Porfirio D\u00edaz n\u00famero 327, en la cabecera municipal de Huejotzingo, se convirti\u00f3 en un taller de reposter\u00eda artesanal que opera pr\u00e1cticamente las 24 horas del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El local se identifica como Reposter\u00eda Saloma.
