{"id":25532,"date":"2024-10-16T14:02:51","date_gmt":"2024-10-16T20:02:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=25532"},"modified":"2024-10-16T17:11:50","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T23:11:50","slug":"ilegal-toma-de-protesta-en-venustiano-carranza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2024\/10\/16\/ilegal-toma-de-protesta-en-venustiano-carranza\/","title":{"rendered":"Ilegal toma de protesta en Venustiano Carranza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA<\/p>\n<p>A partir de que antes de que fuera 15 de octubre, se declar\u00f3 la nulidad de la elecci\u00f3n en Venustiano Carranza, la presidenta del Congreso Local, Laura Artemisa Garc\u00eda Ch\u00e1vez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la toma de protesta de Marco Valencia \u00c1vila fue ilegal.<\/p>\n<p>Valencia \u00c1vila rindi\u00f3 protesta a las 12:04 de la madrugada del martes 15 de octubre, despu\u00e9s de que el TEEP anulara la elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Garc\u00eda Ch\u00e1vez agreg\u00f3 \u201cno pueden tomar protesta cuando en un acto p\u00fablico y hecho conocido, sab\u00edan que se hab\u00eda anulado la elecci\u00f3n, entendemos que es una estrategia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que ten\u00edan conocimiento de que al estar en sesi\u00f3n permanente estar\u00edan a la espera de lo que dictara el Tribunal Electoral del Estado de Puebla (TEEP), por lo que se hab\u00edan preparado para cualquier escenario.<\/p>\n<p>El consejero general del Instituto Electoral del Estado (IEE) de Puebla, Arturo Baltazar Trujano, expuso que deber\u00e1n analizar y determinar\u00e1n la validez que tuvo su toma de protesta; y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que iniciar\u00e1n los trabajos para las elecciones extraordinarias en los cuatro municipios que se encuentran en estas mismas condiciones.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo que hace a lo concejo municipales, Garc\u00eda Ch\u00e1vez coment\u00f3 que su conformaci\u00f3n se hizo, en algunos casos, junto a la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n del estado para garantizar la gobernabilidad y bienestar social.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA A partir de que antes de que fuera 15 de octubre, se declar\u00f3 la nulidad de la elecci\u00f3n en Venustiano Carranza, la presidenta del Congreso Local, Laura Artemisa Garc\u00eda Ch\u00e1vez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la toma de protesta de Marco Valencia \u00c1vila fue ilegal.
