{"id":24546,"date":"2024-09-11T12:55:00","date_gmt":"2024-09-11T18:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=24546"},"modified":"2024-09-11T12:55:00","modified_gmt":"2024-09-11T18:55:00","slug":"ase-detecta-posibles-irregularidades-en-san-martin-texmelucan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2024\/09\/11\/ase-detecta-posibles-irregularidades-en-san-martin-texmelucan\/","title":{"rendered":"ASE detecta posibles irregularidades en San Mart\u00edn Texmelucan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El gobierno municipal de San Mart\u00edn Texmelucan de acuerdo a la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado (ASE) de Puebla, podr\u00eda tener un presunto da\u00f1o patrimonial de 47.4 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, las observaciones de la ASE se centran en el ejercicio de 17.5 millones de pesos, que corresponden al gasto en materiales y suministros, divididos en diferentes conceptos como combustible, lubricantes y aditivos, productos qu\u00edmicos, farmac\u00e9uticos y de laboratorio, art\u00edculos de construcci\u00f3n y reparaci\u00f3n as\u00ed como y alimentos y utensilios.<\/p>\n<p>Hay otro gasto 12.4 millones de pesos gastados en servicios generales, bajo los conceptos de \u00abServicios de arrendamiento\u00bb, \u00abServicio de instalaci\u00f3n, reparaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento y conservaci\u00f3n\u00bb, \u00abServicios oficiales\u00bb y \u00abOtros servicios generales\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, 11.1 millones de pesos supuestamente entregados por el ayuntamiento como \u00absubsidios y subvenciones\u00bb, entre estos, las indemnizaciones a los afectados por el colapso del tanque elevado en San Baltazar Temaxcalac, siniestro que mat\u00f3 a dos personas.<\/p>\n<p>La ASE indica que la informaci\u00f3n y documentaci\u00f3n entregadas por el ayuntamiento son insuficientes para justificar los recursos p\u00fablicos utilizados, al haberse omitido el env\u00edo de 40 documentos requeridos.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos de los documentos no entregados fueron los planos de la obra terminada, reportes de control de calidad, garant\u00eda por vicios ocultos y el acta de verificaci\u00f3n de terminaci\u00f3n de la obra.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n falt\u00f3 la comprobaci\u00f3n de las ayudas de indemnizaci\u00f3n para los afectados por el colapso del tanque elevado, adem\u00e1s de que omitieron enviar las actas de defunci\u00f3n de las v\u00edctimas; este hecho deriv\u00f3 en el pliego de observaciones que se\u00f1ala un posible desfalco por 11 millones 137 mil 263 pesos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El gobierno municipal de San Mart\u00edn Texmelucan de acuerdo a la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado (ASE) de Puebla, podr\u00eda tener un presunto da\u00f1o patrimonial de 47.4 millones de pesos.
