El Director del TecNM Ciudad Serd\u00e1n, Miguel Choy L\u00f3pez, se reuni\u00f3 con el Ing. V\u00edctor Manuel Ontiveros Alvarado Delegado de Agricultura del Estado de Puebla, y con productores de amaranto del municipio de Cuapiaxtla, Tlaxcala, juntos, acordaron generar proyectos productivos que beneficien a la regi\u00f3n de Chalchicomula, destacando el papel clave del Tecnol\u00f3gico en la regi\u00f3n, estableciendo sinergia con productores y el gobierno del Estado.<\/p>\n

El Ing. V\u00edctor acentu\u00f3 que Puebla es reconocido como el gigante del amaranto en M\u00e9xico, este cultivo es m\u00e1s que una cosecha; es un legado que enriquece nuestra mesa y la historia de nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
