{"id":23611,"date":"2024-06-29T11:30:36","date_gmt":"2024-06-29T17:30:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=23611"},"modified":"2024-06-29T11:30:36","modified_gmt":"2024-06-29T17:30:36","slug":"analiza-comision-del-congreso-iniciativas-de-reforma-al-codigo-civil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2024\/06\/29\/analiza-comision-del-congreso-iniciativas-de-reforma-al-codigo-civil\/","title":{"rendered":"Analiza Comisi\u00f3n del Congreso iniciativas de reforma al C\u00f3digo Civil"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><em>&#8211; Se dio cuenta del estado procesal de la Acci\u00f3n de Inconstitucionalidad 73\/2021<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las y los integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Procuraci\u00f3n y Administraci\u00f3n de Justicia del Congreso del Estado iniciaron el an\u00e1lisis de las iniciativas de reforma al C\u00f3digo Civil para el Estado Libre y Soberano de Puebla, en relaci\u00f3n con la sentencia de la Acci\u00f3n de Inconstitucionalidad 73\/2021 respecto al reconocimiento de la identidad de g\u00e9nero autopercibida que atienda al inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n, se dio cuenta del estado procesal del juicio y de las iniciativas presentadas para dar cumplimiento a la resoluci\u00f3n de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, a partir de las notificaciones, requerimientos y criterios emitidos por dicha instancia.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta el momento, se tienen dos iniciativas que inciden en el tema, fueron presentadas por las diputadas M\u00f3nica Silva Ruiz y Azucena Rosas Tapia.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Procuraci\u00f3n y Administraci\u00f3n de Justicia, Eduardo Alc\u00e1ntara Montiel explic\u00f3 que, derivado del an\u00e1lisis de las iniciativas y de los requerimientos de la Corte, se seguir\u00e1 el proceso legislativo correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, propuso a las y los integrantes del \u00f3rgano colegiado continuar con la discusi\u00f3n en sesiones subsecuentes, con el objetivo de que las y los diputados tengan una opini\u00f3n informada, as\u00ed como avanzar en el desahogo del asunto. Este planteamiento fue aprobado por las y los legisladores.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n estuvieron presentes las y los diputados: Eduardo Alc\u00e1ntara Montiel, Gerardo Hern\u00e1ndez Rojas, Silvia Tan\u00fas Osorio, Patricia Valencia \u00c1vila, M\u00f3nica Rodr\u00edguez Della Vecchia y Norma Reyes Cabrera.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8211;
