{"id":23574,"date":"2024-06-27T18:37:20","date_gmt":"2024-06-28T00:37:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=23574"},"modified":"2024-06-27T18:37:20","modified_gmt":"2024-06-28T00:37:20","slug":"detienen-a-seis-policias-de-zapotitlan-de-mendez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2024\/06\/27\/detienen-a-seis-policias-de-zapotitlan-de-mendez\/","title":{"rendered":"Detienen a seis polic\u00edas de Zapotitl\u00e1n de M\u00e9ndez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) detuvo a seis polic\u00edas municipales de Zapotitl\u00e1n de M\u00e9ndez, investigados por el asesinato de Ram\u00f3n Malag\u00f3n &#8216;El G\u00fcero&#8217;, chofer y escolta del presidente municipal electo del PT, Salvador Tino Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n<p>Siguen pr\u00f3fugos el edil, Emiliano V\u00e1zquez, su hermano Higinio, el secretario de seguridad municipal, Francisco N., as\u00ed como otros elementos policiacos, ya que en total se giraron unas 30 \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El fiscal Gilberto Higuera Bernal confirm\u00f3 que hoy, jueves 27 de junio, se registraron las primeras aprehensiones.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que todos los detenidos son agentes municipales y al resto se les busca por separado, mediante diversos equipos de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Apunt\u00f3 que el edil, su hermano y el mando policiaco est\u00e1n en distintos lugares, pero ello no ser\u00e1 impedimento para que a todos se les capture y sean presentados ante un juez.<\/p>\n<p>Expres\u00f3 \u201cest\u00e9n donde est\u00e9n, vayan a donde vayan, es labor nuestra, nuestro trabajo tambi\u00e9n es buscar a quien presuntamente infringe ley, que los imputemos y se defiendan en los procesos correspondientes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La FGE solicit\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra los responsables por los delitos de homicidio calificado, lesiones, encubrimiento, falsedad de declaraciones, robo agravado, abuso de autoridad, delitos cometidos en administraci\u00f3n y procuraci\u00f3n de justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) detuvo a seis polic\u00edas municipales de Zapotitl\u00e1n de M\u00e9ndez, investigados por el asesinato de Ram\u00f3n Malag\u00f3n &#8216;El G\u00fcero&#8217;, chofer y escolta del presidente municipal electo del PT, Salvador Tino Mart\u00ednez.
