{"id":23102,"date":"2024-06-05T18:50:51","date_gmt":"2024-06-06T00:50:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=23102"},"modified":"2024-06-05T18:50:51","modified_gmt":"2024-06-06T00:50:51","slug":"no-hay-solicitud-formal-para-realizar-un-computo-supletorio-de-la-eleccion-en-san-pedro-cholula-iee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2024\/06\/05\/no-hay-solicitud-formal-para-realizar-un-computo-supletorio-de-la-eleccion-en-san-pedro-cholula-iee\/","title":{"rendered":"No hay solicitud formal para realizar un c\u00f3mputo supletorio de la elecci\u00f3n en San Pedro Cholula: IEE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA<\/p>\n<p>No existe una solicitud formal por parte del Consejo Municipal de San Pedro Cholula para realizar el c\u00f3mputo supletorio de la elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n permanente del Consejo General, la consejera presidenta, Blanca Yassahara Cruz Galindo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que es inv\u00e1lida la aprobaci\u00f3n, realizada el 4 de junio, sobre la ejecuci\u00f3n de un c\u00f3mputo supletorio por parte del Consejo Municipal, ya que fue una determinaci\u00f3n que no estuvo apegada a la ley.<\/p>\n<p>Apunt\u00f3 que para aplicar esta medida, es necesario que le informen al Consejo General del IEE, \u00f3rgano que determinar\u00e1 si es procedente o no.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto asegur\u00f3 que \u201cde esta manera se informa con toda claridad que no tenemos ninguna solicitud formalizada por el Consejo Municipal de San Pedro Cholula\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El IEE indica que un c\u00f3mputo supletorio es una soluci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica para situaciones excepcionales en las que los \u00d3rganos Transitorios del Instituto se vean imposibilitados para llevar a cabo, de manera v\u00e1lida, el escrutinio y c\u00f3mputo de los sufragios en una elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA No existe una solicitud formal por parte del Consejo Municipal de San Pedro Cholula para realizar el c\u00f3mputo supletorio de la elecci\u00f3n.
