{"id":22695,"date":"2024-05-20T12:09:22","date_gmt":"2024-05-20T18:09:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=22695"},"modified":"2024-05-20T12:09:22","modified_gmt":"2024-05-20T18:09:22","slug":"llega-la-tercera-ola-de-calor-al-pais-asi-debes-cuidarte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2024\/05\/20\/llega-la-tercera-ola-de-calor-al-pais-asi-debes-cuidarte\/","title":{"rendered":"Llega la tercera ola de calor al pa\u00eds; as\u00ed debes cuidarte"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Este el s\u00e1bado 18 de mayo dio inicio la\u00a0<strong>tercera ola de calor en el pa\u00eds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>El Servicio Meteorol\u00f3gico Nacional (SMN) inform\u00f3 que en estos d\u00edas<strong>\u00a0las temperaturas superar\u00e1n los 45\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0en algunas regiones del territorio nacional.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>En lo que va de 2024, M\u00e9xico ha padecido\u00a0<strong>dos olas de calor<\/strong>, sin contar la actual, de las cinco previstas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>La primera ola<\/strong>\u00a0se registr\u00f3 entre\u00a0<strong>marzo y abril,<\/strong>\u00a0afectando significativamente el norte y noroeste del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Mientras que\u00a0<strong>la segunda ola<\/strong>\u00a0tuvo repercusiones importantes en el centro y sur de M\u00e9xico del 3 al 13 de mayo y provoc\u00f3 la\u00a0<strong>muerte de al menos 20 personas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Se anticipa que la \u00faltima ola de calor ocurrir\u00e1 en junio y podr\u00eda intensificar severamente la\u00a0<strong>sequ\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Para explicar las causas de estas olas de calor y discutir si su impacto var\u00eda entre zonas urbanas y rurales,\u00a0<em>UNAM Global<\/em>\u00a0entrevist\u00f3 a Ignacio Arturo Quintanar del Instituto de Ciencias de la Atm\u00f3sfera y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Quintanar explic\u00f3 que las actuales olas de calor en el pa\u00eds se deben a diversos factores como:\u00a0<strong>El Ni\u00f1o, el flujo de aire c\u00e1lido del oc\u00e9ano Pac\u00edfico<\/strong>, el golfo de M\u00e9xico y el mar Caribe, y los\u00a0<strong>bloqueos atmosf\u00e9ricos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>En cuanto a\u00a0<strong>El Ni\u00f1o<\/strong>, el experto universitario indic\u00f3 que aunque este fen\u00f3meno se est\u00e1 debilitando, sus efectos a\u00fan se sienten, haciendo m\u00e1s severas las condiciones de calor.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Las regiones m\u00e1s afectadas por esta tercera ola de calor ser\u00e1n: Michoac\u00e1n, Guerrero, Oaxaca, Chiapas, Veracruz, Tabasco y Campeche, donde se esperan\u00a0<strong>temperaturas de hasta 48\u00b0C.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Otras regiones como Sinaloa, Nayarit, Jalisco, Colima, Coahuila, Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Quer\u00e9taro, Hidalgo, Puebla, Morelos y Quintana Roo experimentar\u00e1n temperaturas entre\u00a0<strong>40\u00b0C y 45\u00b0C.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>As\u00ed debes cuidarte durante la tercera ola de calor<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>El especialista del ICAyCC recomend\u00f3 las siguientes medidas preventivas para evitar problemas por las olas de calor:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>No exponerse al sol por tiempo prolongado.<br \/>\nUsar protector solar.<br \/>\nMantenerse siempre hidratado, consumiendo l\u00edquidos.<br \/>\nResguardar en casa a ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os, adultos mayores y personas con enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas, ya que son especialmente vulnerables al calor extremo.<br \/>\nPermanecer en \u00e1reas sombreadas.<br \/>\nEstar atentos a s\u00edntomas de un golpe de calor, como dolor de cabeza, mareos, fatiga extrema y n\u00e1useas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Quintanar se\u00f1al\u00f3 que es necesario que los pa\u00edses encuentren mejores alternativas energ\u00e9ticas para enfrentar las olas de calor, ya que estas<strong>\u00a0ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s frecuentes y podr\u00edan ocasionar un desabasto energ\u00e9tico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fuente:<a href=\"https:\/\/aristeguinoticias.com\/1905\/kiosko\/tercera-ola-de-calor-2024-asi-debes-cuidarte\/\"> https:\/\/aristeguinoticias.com\/1905\/kiosko\/tercera-ola-de-calor-2024-asi-debes-cuidarte\/<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este el s\u00e1bado 18 de mayo dio inicio la\u00a0tercera ola de calor en el pa\u00eds.
