{"id":22586,"date":"2024-05-13T17:49:24","date_gmt":"2024-05-13T23:49:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=22586"},"modified":"2024-05-13T17:49:24","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T23:49:24","slug":"reporta-salud-leve-incremento-de-casos-por-golpe-de-calor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2024\/05\/13\/reporta-salud-leve-incremento-de-casos-por-golpe-de-calor\/","title":{"rendered":"Reporta Salud leve incremento de casos por golpe de calor"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><em>&#8211; En promedio, hubo tres casos por semana entre marzo y abril de este a\u00f1o<\/em><\/h3>\n<p><strong>CIUDAD DE PUEBLA, Pue.-<\/strong>\u00a0La Secretar\u00eda de Salud atiende, en promedio, a tres personas semanalmente por golpes de calor desde que iniciaron las altas temperaturas; no se han registrado defunciones hasta el momento.<\/p>\n<p>En las \u00faltimas seis semanas epidemiol\u00f3gicas, la dependencia recibi\u00f3 un total de 19 pacientes con estos s\u00edntomas.<\/p>\n<p>La semana epidemiol\u00f3gica 12 (17 al 23 de marzo), en la cual inici\u00f3 la temporada de calor, se registraron dos casos por golpe de calor.<\/p>\n<p>Por esta raz\u00f3n, las recomendaciones son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No hacer actividad f\u00edsica al aire libre entre las 11:00 y 15:00 horas.<\/li>\n<li>Las personas adultas mayores deben permanecer en casa durante esas horas.<\/li>\n<li>Beber al menos 2 litros de agua, aunque no sienta sed.<\/li>\n<li>Vestir ropa ligera, clara y de algod\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Aclimatarse gradualmente al calor.<\/li>\n<li>Consumir alimentos frescos como verduras y ensaladas naturales crudas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ante cualquier s\u00edntoma de deshidrataci\u00f3n o malestar provocado por el calor, la invitaci\u00f3n es no automedicarse y acudir a cualquier centro de salud para recibir atenci\u00f3n oportuna.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8211; En promedio, hubo tres casos por semana entre marzo y abril de este a\u00f1o CIUDAD DE PUEBLA, Pue.-\u00a0La Secretar\u00eda de Salud atiende, en promedio, a tres personas semanalmente por golpes de calor desde que iniciaron las altas temperaturas; no se han registrado defunciones hasta el momento.
