{"id":22349,"date":"2024-04-26T16:04:05","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T22:04:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=22349"},"modified":"2024-04-26T16:04:05","modified_gmt":"2024-04-26T22:04:05","slug":"tepjf-falla-a-favor-de-jorge-estefan-chidiac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2024\/04\/26\/tepjf-falla-a-favor-de-jorge-estefan-chidiac\/","title":{"rendered":"TEPJF falla a favor de Jorge Estefan Chidiac"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA<\/p>\n<p>El Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF) fall\u00f3 en favor de los diputados Jorge Estefan Chidiac, Laura Zapata Mart\u00ednez, Juan Enrique Rivera Reyes, Norma Reyes Cabrera y Adolfo Alatriste Cant\u00fa quienes impugnaron su expulsi\u00f3n del PRI.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n de los magistrados ech\u00f3 abajo la expulsi\u00f3n y tanto Jorge Estefan Chidiac como los otros cuatro implicados siguen afiliados al PRI.<\/p>\n<p>Los magistrados de la Sala Regional Ciudad de M\u00e9xico les dieron la raz\u00f3n porque se argument\u00f3 que el Tribunal Electoral del Estado de Puebla (TEEP) no tom\u00f3 en cuenta que no fueron notificados de la expulsi\u00f3n sino que se enteraron por notas period\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n<p>La omisi\u00f3n del TEEP les impidi\u00f3 tener acceso a la resoluci\u00f3n formal para saber las razones y fundamentos, un elemento que esencial para el ejercicio efectivo de su derecho a la defensa.<\/p>\n<p>Los magistrados declararon que no existe evidencia que permita determinar cu\u00e1ndo los referidos legisladores supieron de su expulsi\u00f3n, por lo que \u201ces preciso optar por una interpretaci\u00f3n que maximice el acceso a la justicia; por lo anterior, se propone revocar las resoluciones impugnadas\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POR FRED ESTRADA El Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF) fall\u00f3 en favor de los diputados Jorge Estefan Chidiac, Laura Zapata Mart\u00ednez, Juan Enrique Rivera Reyes, Norma Reyes Cabrera y Adolfo Alatriste Cant\u00fa quienes impugnaron su expulsi\u00f3n del PRI.
