Un tribunal federal neg\u00f3 amparo a <strong>Rosario Robles<\/strong> y confirm\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de la extitular de Sedesol y Sedatu\u00a0 durante la gesti\u00f3n de Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto seguir\u00e1 como reclusa en el penal femenil de Santa Martha Acatitla, donde ha estado detenida desde agosto 2019.<\/p>\n<p>El Noveno Tribunal Colegiado Penal en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico fue quien le neg\u00f3 un amparo a Rosario Robles con el que ped\u00eda que se cancelara la resoluci\u00f3n dada por el juez Felipe de Jes\u00fas Delgadillo Padierna.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">Un tribunal federal confirm\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso a Rosario Robles <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/7FA491R6BX\">https:\/\/t.co\/7FA491R6BX<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Milenio (@Milenio) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Milenio\/status\/1291113246041178114?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 5, 2020<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, cabe mencionar que los magistrados determinaron que los datos que se presentaron como prueba en contra de\u00a0Rosario Robles fueron suficientes para proceder vincularla a proceso por el delito cometido de ejercicio indebido del servicio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cUna de las hip\u00f3tesis que se le atribuye a la quejosa en los il\u00edcitos por los que se les vincul\u00f3 a proceso como titular de la Sedesol y la Sedatu es no haber informado por escrito su superior, de ah\u00ed que basta con que haya omitido informar, pues como bien lo sostuvo el juez responsable no se requiere una afectaci\u00f3n al patrimonio, sino que basta que se ponga en riesgo\u201c.
