Ingreso de reporte v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica o solicitud directa por escrito en la oficina correspondiente<br \/>\n2. Inspecci\u00f3n por personal del CEMA con orden emitida por titular del CEMA. (Se levanta acta circunstanciada de la inspecci\u00f3n).<br \/>\n3. Se solicita apoyo del reportante para el resguardo y cuidados de la v\u00edctima. En caso de no contar con tutela para su cuidado, se traslada al perro o gato al Centro Municipal del Adopci\u00f3n, para su atenci\u00f3n veterinaria.<br \/>\n4. Seguimiento del perro o gato en casa de la persona reportante o instalaciones del CEMA.<br \/>\n5. Alta del perro o gato y puesta a disposici\u00f3n de la persona reportante o estancia en el CEMA para su posterior adopci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Como se mencion\u00f3 anteriormente, es importante la participaci\u00f3n de las y los ciudadanos para poder llevar a cabo el seguimiento del reporte y la recuperaci\u00f3n de cada animalito. Los reportes pueden ser v\u00eda telef\u00f3nica o mediante WhatsApp al 244-136-4252 (posteriormente se solicitar\u00e1 su ratificaci\u00f3n, de conformidad con el Art. 94 de la Ley de Bienestar Animal del Estado de Puebla),<br \/>\nal igual que v\u00eda escrita, presentado el documento en las oficinas de la Secretar\u00eda del Bienestar (avenida Miguel Negrete #2103, col. La Alfonsina) y en el Centro Municipal de Adopci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal (avenida R\u00edo Necaxa esquina R\u00edo Agua Naval S\/N, col.
