\u2022 Presentar\u00e1 reforma al Poder Judicial y una m\u00e1s de coordinaci\u00f3n entre cuerpos policiacos<\/em><\/h3>\n

Con el prop\u00f3sito de sumar esfuerzos en materia de seguridad a trav\u00e9s del impulso a las propuestas que en la materia ha presentado el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, el senador Alejandro Armenta inform\u00f3 que en febrero llevar\u00e1 al Pleno una serie de iniciativas en ese mismo sentido para, entre otras cuestiones, darle continuidad a las tareas de la Guardia Nacional.<\/p>\n

Al ofrecer una conferencia de prensa desde el Palacio Legislativo de San L\u00e1zaro, el senador por Morena dio a conocer que se reincorpor\u00f3 a sus funciones legislativas, una vez concluida su licencia del 25 de diciembre de 2023 al 3 de enero de 2024. En este sentido, detall\u00f3 que antes del inicio de las campa\u00f1as electorales, impulsar\u00e1 una reforma encaminada a fortalecer la coordinaci\u00f3n entre los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno en materia de seguridad.<\/p>\n

Y es que el senador Alejandro Armenta argument\u00f3 que \u201cno basta s\u00f3lo con las capacidades de la Guardia Nacional para atender el problema, reconocemos que la instituci\u00f3n ha logrado importantes resultados, sin embargo, es necesario consolidar y fortalecer, por ejemplo, las polic\u00edas estatales y una efectiva coordinaci\u00f3n con las municipales, as\u00ed como otras tareas en la materia\u201d.<\/p>\n

Agreg\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n presentar\u00e1 una reforma para desactivar la denominada \u201cpuerta giratoria, que representa uno de los principales problemas cuando se detiene a un delincuente y se debe desactivar desde el Poder Judicial, de modo que cuando las fuerzas de seguridad detengan a quien cometi\u00f3 un delito, no encuentre una salida f\u00e1cil\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
