PUEBLA, PUE. – Tentativamente, una mujer mat\u00f3 a su pareja y habr\u00eda enterrado su cad\u00e1ver en el patio de su casa en Huaquechula.<\/p>\n

Fue el 2 de octubre cuando la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) recibi\u00f3 una denuncia por la desaparici\u00f3n de Omar R., de 27 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Al hombre se le vio por \u00faltima vez el 26 de septiembre, en el domicilio de su pareja sentimental Maritza, en la localidad de Cacalox\u00fachitl.<\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de las indagatorias, la Fiscal\u00eda de Puebla estableci\u00f3 que el var\u00f3n sali\u00f3 de su casa a bordo de una motocicleta hacia el domicilio de su pareja, con quien trabajaba en el mismo inmueble.<\/p>\n

En el lugar, se realizaron al menos dos detonaciones de arma de fuego y el var\u00f3n ya no sali\u00f3 del sitio. Al parecer, la mujer mat\u00f3 a su pareja, quien ya no fue visto en Huaquechula.<\/p>\n

La FGE solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo de un juez una orden de cateo para inspeccionar el inmueble. Pero la mujer y su hijo portaban armas de fuego y agredieron a los agentes estatales de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Maritza y su hijo Brandon fueron vinculados a proceso por los delitos de ataques peligrosos y portaci\u00f3n de arma de fuego de uso exclusivo del Ej\u00e9rcito mexicano. Esto, debido a que atacaron a las agentes que efectuaban indagatorias.<\/p>\n

A su vez, se detuvo ambas personas y al continuar con el cateo, los agentes localizaron un cuerpo enterrado en el patio trasero del domicilio. Por lo que efectuaron el levantamiento del cad\u00e1ver.<\/p>\n

Peritos de la Fiscal\u00eda contin\u00faan con los estudios de gen\u00e9tica forense para obtener la identificaci\u00f3n del cuerpo que se encontr\u00f3 en el inmueble que se asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n

El 25 de octubre la FGE ejercit\u00f3 acci\u00f3n penal en contra de ambas personas por los delitos mencionados y al d\u00eda siguiente un juez calific\u00f3 de legal la detenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El 1 de noviembre a la mujer que mat\u00f3 a su pareja en Huaquechula y a su hijo se les vincul\u00f3 a proceso. Se les impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n

Se prev\u00e9 que en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas la Fiscal\u00eda ejerza acci\u00f3n penal contra quien resulte responsable por el homicidio y el ocultamiento del cuerpo encontrado durante el cateo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
