{"id":19164,"date":"2023-08-28T18:46:35","date_gmt":"2023-08-29T00:46:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=19164"},"modified":"2023-08-28T18:46:35","modified_gmt":"2023-08-29T00:46:35","slug":"recibe-congreso-del-estado-recertificacion-en-igualdad-laboral-y-no-discriminacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2023\/08\/28\/recibe-congreso-del-estado-recertificacion-en-igualdad-laboral-y-no-discriminacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Recibe Congreso del Estado recertificaci\u00f3n en Igualdad Laboral y No Discriminaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><em>-El Poder Legislativo fue auditado con el objetivo de evaluar el mantenimiento y mejoramiento de buenas pr\u00e1cticas<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>El Congreso del Estado recibi\u00f3 la ratificaci\u00f3n de la certificaci\u00f3n en Igualdad Laboral y No Discriminaci\u00f3n, pues se acredit\u00f3 que el Poder Legislativo, como centro de trabajo, cumple con medidas de nivelaci\u00f3n, inclusi\u00f3n y acciones afirmativas.<\/p>\n<p>Para obtener la ratificaci\u00f3n de la Norma Mexicana 025, el Congreso del Estado fue auditado con el objetivo de evaluar el mantenimiento y mejoramiento de buenas pr\u00e1cticas y acciones en materia de Igualdad y No Discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Durante este proceso se tom\u00f3 en cuenta que la plantilla de personal la conforma m\u00e1s del 46 por ciento de mujeres, tambi\u00e9n se tiene m\u00e1s del 46 por ciento de mujeres en cargos directivos. De igual forma, el Congreso cuenta con un procedimiento para prevenir, atender y sancionar pr\u00e1cticas de discriminaci\u00f3n y violencia laboral, as\u00ed como una figura mediadora Ombudsperson dentro de este mecanismo.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado, Eduardo Castillo L\u00f3pez recibi\u00f3 la ratificaci\u00f3n de la certificaci\u00f3n, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de la titular de la Unidad para la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero, Roc\u00edo Garc\u00eda Olmedo y del director de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas, Israel Mart\u00ednez Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, la titular de la Unidad para la Igualdad de G\u00e9nero del Congreso del Estado, Roc\u00edo Garc\u00eda Olmedo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el \u00e1rea seguir\u00e1 trabajando para implementar acciones en materia de igualdad, as\u00ed como sugerir el dise\u00f1o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y acciones afirmativas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>-El Poder Legislativo fue auditado con el objetivo de evaluar el mantenimiento y mejoramiento de buenas pr\u00e1cticas El Congreso del Estado recibi\u00f3 la ratificaci\u00f3n de la certificaci\u00f3n en Igualdad Laboral y No Discriminaci\u00f3n, pues se acredit\u00f3 que el Poder Legislativo, como centro de trabajo, cumple con medidas de nivelaci\u00f3n, inclusi\u00f3n y acciones afirmativas.
