CIUDAD DE PUEBLA, Pue.-<\/strong>\u00a0Para destacar la grandeza de Puebla y de su gastronom\u00eda, el gobernador Sergio Salom\u00f3n encabez\u00f3 la develaci\u00f3n del \u201ccachito\u201d de la Loter\u00eda Nacional con la imagen del Chile en Nogada, evento en el que destac\u00f3 que este platillo es muestra de la uni\u00f3n familiar de las y los poblanos.<\/p>\n

En este evento, organizado por la CANIRAC y en el que estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por la se\u00f1ora Gaby Bonilla, presidenta honoraria del Patronato del Sistema Estatal DIF (SEDIF), el mandatario estatal destac\u00f3 que este platillo enaltece el legado culinario de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

Teniendo como sede el Museo Internacional del Barroco (MIB), el gobernador tambi\u00e9n agradeci\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n del sector restaurantero para impulsar la temporada de Chile en Nogada en favor del turismo de la entidad, el cual genera miles de empleos.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el presidente de CANIRAC Puebla, Carlos Azomoza se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este evento es parte de una estrategia nacional del sector restaurantero para exaltar la gastronom\u00eda de las 32 entidades del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Dijo que, desde marzo de este a\u00f1o, la CANIRAC nacional comenz\u00f3 con la emisi\u00f3n de \u201ccachitos\u201d de la Loter\u00eda Nacional. La selecci\u00f3n de platillos est\u00e1 relacionada con la popularidad y la carga cultural. En Puebla se eligi\u00f3 al Chile en Nogada, muy peculiar y deseado, ya que su temporada s\u00f3lo abarca de julio a septiembre: \u201choy celebramos la emisi\u00f3n de este cachito de Loter\u00eda para un sorteo de 27 millones de pesos que ser\u00e1 el martes 15 de agosto\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
