Puebla, Pue.- Este d\u00eda se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la Casa de Justicia de Puebla la audiencia para determinar si los 20 detenidos tras el presunto robo al sindicato \u201cBenito Ju\u00e1rez Garc\u00eda\u201d de los trabajadores del Ayuntamiento de Puebla, enfrentar\u00edan el proceso en libertado o desde el penal de San Miguel, donde fueron recluidos, y s\u00f3lo uno de ellos obtuvo libertad bajo fianza<\/p>\n

Tras la presentaci\u00f3n del caso por parte del Ministerio P\u00fablica, el juez responsable determin\u00f3 que hubo elementos suficientes para que 19 de los 20 detenidos la semana pasada, permanezcan sin libertad durante el juicio que enfrentar\u00e1n por los delitos de da\u00f1os en propiedad ajena doloso, robo agravado y pandillerismo.<\/p>\n

Permanecer\u00e1n en prisi\u00f3n: Maricela N., Eulalia N., Maribel N., Antonio N., \u00c1ngel Florencio N., Francisco N., Fabi\u00e1n N., Miguel N., Tom\u00e1s N., Norberto N., M\u00f3nica N., Lorenzo Crescenciano N., Jos\u00e9 Luis N., Benito N., Ismael Santiago N., Elpidio N., Juan Gabriel N., y Jos\u00e9 Domingo N.<\/p>\n

S\u00f3lo Jos\u00e9 Ibrahim N. fue liberado, porque no hay pruebas que acrediten su participaci\u00f3n en los desmanes que hubo el pasado 18 de octubre en la sede del sindicato, donde acusan al l\u00edder de vender las plazas y favorecer a familiares de la ex edil, Claudia Rivera Vivanco.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el sindicato estim\u00f3 que robaron unos 200 mil pesos en efectivo, da\u00f1os al inmueble y desaparici\u00f3n de equipo de c\u00f3mputo<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el presidente municipal de Puebla, Eduardo Rivera P\u00e9rez, en d\u00edas anteriores afirm\u00f3 que la actuaci\u00f3n de la polic\u00eda municipal fue con apego a derecho.
