Uno de sus c\u00f3mplices contin\u00faa en prisi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De actuaciones se desprende que el 6 de agosto de 2018, un grupo de hombres armados llegaron al domicilio de la v\u00edctima en la colonia La Cumbre del Manzano del municipio de Honey con la intenci\u00f3n de ingresar de forma il\u00edcita para cometer un robo, sin embargo, fueron sorprendidos.<\/p>\n<p>Al verse expuestos, el imputado y sus c\u00f3mplices dispararon ocasionando heridas que provocaron la muerte del due\u00f1o de la vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la pr\u00e1ctica de diversos actos de investigaci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n Regional estableci\u00f3 la identidad de los presuntos responsables, uno de ellos, Josu\u00e9 N., alias \u201cEl Charal\u201d, capturado en diciembre de 2019 quien actualmente permanece en prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p>Este a\u00f1o 2021, la Agencia Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n, detuvo a un segundo presunto responsable, Jorge N. y en su contra, el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n y logr\u00f3 su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso con la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Honey, Pue.- Con base en los datos de prueba que present\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla, se dict\u00f3 vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Jorge N. probable responsable del delito de homicidio calificado.
