{"id":155,"date":"2020-06-17T19:20:38","date_gmt":"2020-06-18T00:20:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=155"},"modified":"2020-06-17T19:20:38","modified_gmt":"2020-06-18T00:20:38","slug":"renuncia-cyclo-share-a-concesion-para-rentar-bicis-en-puebla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2020\/06\/17\/renuncia-cyclo-share-a-concesion-para-rentar-bicis-en-puebla\/","title":{"rendered":"Renuncia Cyclo Share a concesi\u00f3n para rentar bicis en Puebla"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La empresa enfrent\u00f3 retrasos en la puesta en marcha de la Fase II del Sistema de Bicicletas P\u00fablicas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cyclo Share de M\u00e9xico, S.A. de C.V., renunci\u00f3 a la concesi\u00f3n que le fue otorgada por el ayuntamiento de Puebla para la renta de bicicletas en la capital.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo dio a conocer el gobierno municipal y agreg\u00f3 que la empresa notific\u00f3 su determinaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de un escrito dirigido a la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad Municipal (SEMOVI).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDerivado de las facultades de supervisi\u00f3n al cumplimiento de las obligaciones por parte de esta concesionaria, la SEMOVI comenz\u00f3 el procedimiento para la terminaci\u00f3n del T\u00edtulo de Concesi\u00f3n para el uso, aprovechamiento y explotaci\u00f3n de las \u00e1reas correspondientes a los bienes inmuebles del dominio p\u00fablico municipal descritos en el anexo primero del mismo\u201d, se agreg\u00f3 en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>Se expuso que este procedimiento obedeci\u00f3, de igual forma, a los retrasos de la concesionaria en la puesta en marcha de la Fase II del Sistema de Bicicletas P\u00fablicas al interior del municipio \u2013reconocido por la propia empresa- y por la suspensi\u00f3n de su servicio resultado de la emergencia sanitaria.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPor ello, para consolidar un sistema de movilidad urbana sustentable, la dependencia se encuentra gestionando la articulaci\u00f3n de los distintos sistemas de movilidad en el municipio para que, a la brevedad, la poblaci\u00f3n cuente con un sistema de micromovilidad que le permita seguir disfrutando actividades, servicios y destinos de la ciudad en condiciones de seguridad, sustentabilidad y eficiencia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El municipio expuso que busca alternativas para brindar apoyo a las personas que ten\u00edan membres\u00edas activas del Sistema de Bicicletas P\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La empresa enfrent\u00f3 retrasos en la puesta en marcha de la Fase II del Sistema de Bicicletas P\u00fablicas.
