{"id":15391,"date":"2021-08-19T23:55:32","date_gmt":"2021-08-20T04:55:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=15391"},"modified":"2021-08-19T23:55:32","modified_gmt":"2021-08-20T04:55:32","slug":"el-julio-mix-secuestro-a-un-agente-investigador-en-el-mercado-morelos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2021\/08\/19\/el-julio-mix-secuestro-a-un-agente-investigador-en-el-mercado-morelos\/","title":{"rendered":"El Julio Mix secuestr\u00f3 a un agente investigador en el mercado Morelos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Puebla, Pue.- Derivado de la integraci\u00f3n de datos probatorios, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla obtuvo la\u00a0<strong>vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Julio C\u00e9sar N. alias \u201cEl Julio Mix\u201d, por el delito de secuestro agravado presuntamente cometido contra un agente investigador en el mercado Morelos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El imputado habr\u00eda participado en la<strong>\u00a0privaci\u00f3n de la libertad\u00a0<\/strong>de un elemento de la entonces Fiscal\u00eda de Secuestro y Delitos de Alto Impacto (<strong>FISDAI<\/strong>)\u00a0<strong>el 28 de marzo de 2019 cuando se encontraba en el interior del mercado Morelos realizando labores de investigaci\u00f3n de campo relacionadas con el delito de narcomenudeo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tras establecer la posible responsabilidad de Julio C\u00e9sar N. alias \u201cEl Julio Mix\u201d en los hechos, la Fiscal\u00eda de Puebla solicit\u00f3 audiencia inicial de formulaci\u00f3n de imputaci\u00f3n en su contra ya que actualmente se encuentra interno en el Centro Federal de Readaptaci\u00f3n Social de Oaxaca.<\/p>\n<p>El 10 de agosto de 2021, el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la ahora Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Investigaci\u00f3n de Secuestro y Extorsi\u00f3n consigui\u00f3 que el Juez de Control dictara vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso a Julio C\u00e9sar N. por el delito de secuestro agravado.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva imputaci\u00f3n se suma a los delitos ya investigados desde mayo de 2019 siendo \u00e9stos: delitos contra la salud en su modalidad de posesi\u00f3n simple de marihuana, posesi\u00f3n de instrumento prohibido y cohecho.<\/p>\n<p>El presunto responsable continuar\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puebla, Pue.- Derivado de la integraci\u00f3n de datos probatorios, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla obtuvo la\u00a0vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Julio C\u00e9sar N. alias \u201cEl Julio Mix\u201d, por el delito de secuestro agravado presuntamente cometido contra un agente investigador en el mercado Morelos.
