En el lugar comenz\u00f3 a cortar la\u00a0<strong>malla cicl\u00f3nica<\/strong>\u00a0que resguardaba el inmueble, bajo el argumento de un presunto desalojo.<\/p>\n<p>Ante los hechos, los familiares de la persona agraviada solicitaron el apoyo de las autoridades por lo que polic\u00edas municipales detuvieron a Eduardo N., quien al momento de la inspecci\u00f3n portaba un\u00a0<strong>arma de fuego calibre 45 mil\u00edmetros<\/strong>\u00a0con cargador.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n Metropolitana formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n en audiencia y consigui\u00f3 que la autoridad judicial dictara vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra Eduardo N., a quien tambi\u00e9n le impuso medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva necesaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puebla, Pue.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de\u00a0Eduardo N. de 41 a\u00f1os de edad,\u00a0investigado por su presunta responsabilidad en los delitos de\u00a0da\u00f1o en propiedad ajena,\u00a0portaci\u00f3n de\u00a0instrumento prohibido\u00a0y usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones.
