{"id":1492,"date":"2020-07-20T20:28:47","date_gmt":"2020-07-21T01:28:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=1492"},"modified":"2020-07-20T20:28:47","modified_gmt":"2020-07-21T01:28:47","slug":"juez-federal-niega-suspender-orden-de-aprehension-contra-esposa-de-cesar-duarte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2020\/07\/20\/juez-federal-niega-suspender-orden-de-aprehension-contra-esposa-de-cesar-duarte\/","title":{"rendered":"Juez federal niega suspender orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra esposa de C\u00e9sar Duarte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un juez federal, <strong>rechaz\u00f3<\/strong> la suspensi\u00f3n cualquier orden de aprehensi\u00f3n con fines de extradici\u00f3n que las autoridades intenten ejecutar contra <strong>Bertha Olga G\u00f3mez Fong<\/strong>, esposa del exgobernador de Chihuahua, <strong>C\u00e9sar Duarte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata del juez <strong>Juan Mateo Brieba de Castro<\/strong>, titular del juzgado sexto de Distrito de Amparo en materia Penal en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, quien neg\u00f3 otorgar la suspensi\u00f3n ante su posible captura e inst\u00f3 a la Fiscal\u00eda de la entidad, que informe en un plazo de 48 horas si existe un procedimiento para su detenci\u00f3n o no.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, inici\u00f3 en 2014 una investigaci\u00f3n contra G\u00f3mez Fong y C\u00e9sar Duarte por lavado de dinero pero fue <strong>archivada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Desde 2017 el Gobierno de Chihuahua ha logrado comprobar varios delitos, entre ellos el desvi\u00f3 de \u00a0al menos <strong>250 millones de pesos<\/strong> para campa\u00f1as electorales y una deuda p\u00fablica cercana a los<strong> 48 millones de pesos<\/strong>.
