Luego de cometer el il\u00edcito, Vidal de los \u00c1ngeles N. y\/o \u00c1ngel Rodrigo N., envolvi\u00f3 el cuerpo sin vida en una colcha, lo subi\u00f3 a una camioneta Ford tipo Explorer verde propiedad de la occisa y lo arroj\u00f3 a un barranco en los campos de b\u00e9isbol de Santa Cruz Alpuyeca.<\/p>\n<p>Tras realizar diversas diligencias respecto al caso, se estableci\u00f3 la posible responsabilidad del imputado, por lo que, con previa autorizaci\u00f3n judicial, el 5 de mayo de 2021, elementos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaci\u00f3n dieron cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra en el municipio de Atlixco.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Investigaci\u00f3n de Delitos de Violencia de G\u00e9nero contra las Mujeres aport\u00f3 pruebas suficientes que permitieron que el Juez de Control dictara auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito de feminicidio estableciendo como medida cautelar prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa a Vidal de los \u00c1ngeles N. y\/o \u00c1ngel Rodrigo N.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subtitle\"><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vidal de los \u00c1ngeles N. y\/o \u00c1ngel Rodrigo N., el hombre salvadore\u00f1o que presuntamente priv\u00f3 de la vida a su esposa y simul\u00f3 un accidente vehicular en Amozoc hace 2 meses, ya fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de feminicidio, inform\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado.
