Fue la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) quien present\u00f3 los datos m\u00ednimos necesarios para iniciar el proceso.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte,\u00a0<b>Adame solicit\u00f3 un amparo\u00a0<\/b>contra la resoluci\u00f3n del juez Delgadillo Padierna, el cual fue admitido por la jueza Cuarta de Distrito, Mar\u00eda Dolores N\u00fa\u00f1ez Solorio.
