{"id":11286,"date":"2021-03-09T10:56:30","date_gmt":"2021-03-09T16:56:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=11286"},"modified":"2021-03-09T10:56:30","modified_gmt":"2021-03-09T16:56:30","slug":"la-asfixio-y-calcino-en-huaquechula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/index.php\/2021\/03\/09\/la-asfixio-y-calcino-en-huaquechula\/","title":{"rendered":"La asfixi\u00f3 y calcin\u00f3 en Huaquechula"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Huaquechula, Pue.- Con el seguimiento a la investigaci\u00f3n y el aporte de datos probatorios, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla logr\u00f3 obtener <strong>sentencia condenatoria de 45 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n contra Julio Arcenio N. penalmente responsable del delito de feminicidio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico acredit\u00f3 la comisi\u00f3n de <strong>los hechos ocurridos el 29 marzo de 2017 fecha en que la v\u00edctima fue vista por \u00faltima vez por sus familiares cuando sali\u00f3 de su domicilio<\/strong>en la colonia Centro de la ciudad de Puebla con direcci\u00f3n a su escuela.<\/p>\n<p>De la pr\u00e1ctica de diversos actos de investigaci\u00f3n, se constat\u00f3 que la joven se encontr\u00f3 con Julio Arcenio N. quien, en complicidad de otra persona, <strong>la privaron de la libertad traslad\u00e1ndola en un veh\u00edculo Renault con placas de circulaci\u00f3n del Distrito Federal a inmediaciones del municipio de Huaquechula<\/strong> donde fue <strong>asfixiada <\/strong>y posteriormente <strong>calcinada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Con todos los elementos expuestos por la Fiscal\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n Metropolitana, el Tribunal Unitario determin\u00f3 dictar fallo condenatorio contra el responsable.<\/p>\n<p>A Julio Arcenio N. se le impuso una pena de 45 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s deber\u00e1 realizar un pago como reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Huaquechula, Pue.- Con el seguimiento a la investigaci\u00f3n y el aporte de datos probatorios, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla logr\u00f3 obtener sentencia condenatoria de 45 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n contra Julio Arcenio N. penalmente responsable del delito de feminicidio.
